Heavy favorite Paulina Krupinska (25, 5'10) was crowned Miss Polonia 2012 at Warsaw by the outgoing titleholder Marcelina Zawadska who broke Poland's unplacement at Miss Universe for decades. She will represent Poland at Miss Universe 2013.
1st Runner Up is Żaneta Płudowska and the 2nd runner-up is Aleksandra Szczęsna. Completing the Top 5 are Katarzyna Oracka and Patrycja Dorywalska.
The runners up or one of the finalist might compete at Miss Earth 2013 and Miss International 2013.
