Gabriela Berrios, representing Toa Baja, was crowned Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2014 at Luis A. Ferré Performing Arts Center on October 3. This 22-year old will represent Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2014. Berrios competed in Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2012 where she ended up 3rd to Bodine Koehler. She competed in Miss Supranational 2012 where she made it to the Top 20.

Aleyda Enid Ortiz (Bayamon) was the first runner up and Stephanie Soto (Anasco) was the 2nd Runner Up. They are expected to represent Puerto Rico at Miss Intercontinental 2013 and Miss Supranational 2014, respectively.
