Stephany Stefanowitz wins Miss Earth Philippines 2012 at an event held at SM Moa Center Stage at Pasay City. She is 22 years old and stands 5 ft and 10 in. She will represent her country at Miss Earth 2012 at Indonesia this year.

Miss Philippines Earth-Air (1st RU) is Glennifer Perido, Miss Philippines Earth-Water (2nd RU) is Samantha Purvor, Miss Philippines Earth-Fire (3rd RU) is Thoreen Havorsen and Miss Philippines Earth Eco-Tourism (4th RU) is Candice Ramos.
