It's Nelly's 5th time! Nelly Kamwelu will represent Tanzania at Miss Tourism Queen International 2011

Miss Universe Tanzania 2011 - Nelly Kamwelu will now compete for her 5th time this year at Miss Tourism Queen International 2011 at China. She already competed at Miss Universe 2011, Miss International 2011 and Miss Earth 2011 where she was unplaced. She also won Miss Southern Africa International 2011.

Hope she places this time because it's her 5th time and we're expecting that her experience in 3 Grand Slam Pageants she participated will truly help her.
