Miss South Africa Universe 2012 will happen in December 11, 2011. Like, Miss Universe Malaysia 2012 pageant. Miss South Africa also hosted and organized a reality show where originally they will choose 16 qualifiers and they will round it off to 12 finalist. From then on, one of them will be the new Miss South Africa who will represent South Africa at Miss Universe and Miss World 2012.
The new Miss South Africa will be crowned by Miss South Africa 2011-Bokang Montjane. Who was given the privilege to compete at Miss Universe and Miss World 2011(Top 7 finalist). She also competed at Miss International 2008 and Miss Earth 2007(Top 16 semifinalist and Beauty for a Cause Award receiver)
